We invest for the long run, in things we believe in

How we invest
We don't build to exit. We build companies we want to exist, and we keep our stake through every stage.
Every Ryde venture starts inside the studio — some from our own ideas, some brought to us by founders who build alongside us. The origin doesn't change the path: incubated, tested against real users, and held to honest signals. The ones that earn it spin out as independent companies. That's not a sale. Ryde stays on the cap table and in the room.
That discipline is your filter. By the time a venture is ready for outside investment, it has survived our process: it has users, traction, and a team that has already made the hard calls.
Where investors come in
When a venture spins out, there's room for investors who share the long view.
We're not raising a fund, and we're not selling positions. When a Ryde venture becomes independent, it raises on its own story, and we look for investors who think in years, not exit windows. Patient capital, aligned with founders, invested at the moment the venture can actually use it.
